I received the offer for a reduced rate for the monthly membership fee. When I got to "change my plan" and "request verification" I am unable to type in my school/institution name. I receive a red exclamation point right away but am unable to type anything in the box. I think it is a cyber Monday deal so I am afraid it won't be offered today. I called in and requested a callback, which I should have received about 45 minutes ago based on the window I was given for a call back so I'm not sure what happened or what to do.
right click > click inspect > enter your school
but be aware, adobe's black friday deals are for first time subscribers.
if you still have problems, use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.s. yo

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare
p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Thank you so much! That worked for me. I couldn't figure out the other ways to contact besides the chat, community and 800 number. I was only speculating it was a Black Friday deal, since I had just seen it when I was looking at my account type.
Thanks again for the help and tips!
