Hello Adobe Support Team,
I am experiencing a billing issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. When I try to update my payment method, I receive a “Billing issue” notification. However, when I go to the payment settings, there is no option to add, edit, or enter any payment details. The page only shows my plan, but no active fields or buttons to save or update payment.
I have attached a screenshot to show what the page looks like.
No “Add payment method”
No “Edit” or “Save & Pay” option available
I’m unable to resolve the billing issue because I cannot input any card or payment method
Could you please assist me or guide me on how to fix this? I need to update my payment to avoid cancellation of my subscription.
