I recently deactivated an account because I wanted to use the email associated with it for another account of mine. But now when I try to use that email I get the message "Your Adobe ID has been deactivated. Please review our Terms of Use and contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error.".
I am not sure how to contact support and get some help.

in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

I'm pretty sure that an email address can only be used once for an Adobe account. Once the account is deleted, that email address can't be used again for an Adobe account.
