My name is Diamante and I having concerns with the various amounts of unexpected charges to my card over the past few months (since march 2022). I have been getting charged 15.99 on the 20th and 22th of each month up until July. This month, I recieved an email saying that I have a failed payment of 29.99 for "Creative Cloud All Apps 1000GB, Annual plan, paid monthly". I have not ordered any services as of recently but have been chagred all these times. I have 2 accounts (personal & one for school) and I have checked both and under billing it says that I do not have any active plans or invoices, on this account, the last one was last year in 2021 and the other account says none o=ahve been made at all. I'm not understanding where these charges are coming from and how to stop them if the billing history declares that there aren't any active plans.

Thanks to anyone who can help or has an explanation.
