Hello, I noticed that I was charged for Adobe After Effects monthly plan. I didn't order any plan. Also I checked my previous orders page, I couldn't find any detail regarding that order.
Could you please cancel the order?
Thank you very much.

Log in to your Adobe account Plans page (accounts.adobe.com/plans) to check the plans you are subscribed to.
This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.
If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.
You can also search for Adobe customer support using your favorite search engine. This will normally provide you with a regionally appropriate phone number that you can use.

If after you login to the Main Adobe website and then go and look at your account, Manage your Account, and you do not see a plan for After Effects but your credit card shows that you are paying for it then your credit card number has been stolen and used by someone else to subscribe to that plan.
In that case you need to contact your bank or CC company and dispute the charges and get a NEW CC Number.

No. We can't cancel anything. Are you certain a family member hasn't ordered After Effects without your knowledge? If everything you say is true, it sounds like your card may have been compromised. Contact your credit card company immediately and file a fraud report with local law enforcement.
