I have no active plans and have not ordered anything but for the third month running I have received and invoive from Adobe via Paypal for the following item: "APCC,ALL,MLP,DRI01,EUW,001,N/A,1 MO
Item No 65232691".

Adobe Help could not explain this but assured me last month it wouldn't happen again. However it has just reoccured! I'm paying £25.28 each month for absolutely nothing!

If anyoine can solve this I would be very grateful.

I suggest you log-in to your online account to ensure that you don't have an active plan in force. It might be under a different email address.

If you NEVER gave your account details to Adobe it's clear this must be a hacker who has your personal details. If you did give this account detail, it's more complicated.

Thank you to all who have offered advice.

I ahd a long online chat with Adobe when this first occured. They could not explain it but promised they had fixed it so no further rogue charges would be made but it's still continuing.

I have examined all aspects of my account with them and there are no records of an invoice and no current plans existing.

My virus software is abosoultely up-to-date and I don't believe I'v been hacked etc.

Taking this up with Paypal is pointless as it can take up to 180 days and in the meantime I'll have paid another 6 molnthly invoices.

I believ this is a problem caused by Adobe Ireland who have been less than helpful.

I feel my only solution is to cancel my Adobe account
