Hello,
3 days ago, i cancelled my acrobat pro and incopy subscriptions. On that same day, Adobe did try to refund me the $2.58 (for acrobat pro) and $4.99 (for incopy). However, due to some necessary settings being turned off on my bank card, i was unable to receive the funds.
I humbly request for you to try the refunding procedure again, please(and this time the funds will go through).
My order numbers were:
AB06539000000CMU (InCopy)
AE03922900138CMU (Adobe Acrobat Pro)
