upcoming price increase - where to post a complaint

I just got the email about the price increase coming in November. A $24.00 increase?! Really!?  Does anyone else feel taken advantage of? Adobe knows how much we all rely on their software but this feels yucky and not a company I will feel good about supporting anymore. Is it better to complain through the phone or does anyone know which forum to post about this?  Or a proper contact email?

Thank you.

Perhaps you had an introductory student/teacher plan?

https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/buy/students.html

In the US, the introductory rate is $20/month for the first year, after which it goes up to $30/mo until you cancel/graduate/leave school.  Rates and taxes vary by region.

I moved your post over from the CC Services forum to the Account, Payment & Plan forum that someone had moved from the poorly named "Using the Community" forum, which is for getting help using this forum system.

I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.

Hi Nancy,

I've had the same rate for a couple years now. $54.99 is too much.

Are you elegible for student/teacher rates?  If yes, contact Adobe Customer Care.

In the US we pay approx $600/year for the All Apps Plan (excluding Adobe Stock).  So that's the normal rate.
