Hallo zusammen,
ich hoffe ich bin hier richtig. Ich versuche seit heute mein bestehendes Foto-Abo in ein komplettes Creative Cloud Student umzuwandeln. Meine Uni-Mail-Adresse ist hinterlegt, VPN ist aus, Werbeblocker sind auch aus. Nachdem es im ersten Schritt klappt, kriege ich bei Bestätigung der Bildungseinrichtung dann die Fehlermeldung "Ihr Abo konnte leider nicht geändert werden. Versuchen Sie es erneut."
Ich weiß leider nicht, was ich noch tun kann um das Abo abzuschließen und wäre für Tipps dankbar.
