The other day, I received an email from Adobe offering an upgrade to Creative Cloud All Apps with a 50% discount. Since I already use Creative Cloud All Apps, will I automatically receive this discount? When I try to apply the discount, it tells me I own it. Please see the screenshot for reference.
What’s the deal with this?
I contacted support, and I found out that this offer only applies to new customers, even though the terms and conditions don’t mention that. I just want to point out that if I’m already on this plan, I should automatically qualify for the deal. It’s frustrating how companies often neglect their existing customers. Whatever happened to taking care of those who have been loyal?

contact support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
