Dear Adobe Community Support ,
I hope this message finds you well. I am requesting immediate assistance with an issue regarding my Adobe subscription.
I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my Visa card for a subscription period that I do not require. I had intended to cancel my subscription but, unfortunately, missed the renewal date.
I have attempted to contact Adobe support via email at tcssup@adobe.com(4 days ago) and customerservice@adobe.com (8 days ago)but have not received a response.
Could you please guide me on how I can directly contact the department responsible for addressing this issue? I would appreciate any assistance or direction you can provide.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
