I hope this email finds you well. My name is Gabriel, and I need help with my Adobe Creative Cloud account. I just ran into an unexpected charge.
I recently started a free trial. The trial duration was until September 26 US$22.99 monthly. I also learned about the option for a refund before Oct 3rd and avoid fees. I forgot to cancel before my trial ended. I continued using my subscription until today when I decided to cancel my subscription. I want to request a refund.
I've tried reaching out via chat, but the system says no one is available repeatedly.

ask adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
