Como no alcancĂ© a cancelar mi prueba gratuita, terminĂ© pagando el equivalente a alrededor de USD. ProcedĂ a utilizar los servicios de mis planes, pero la plataforma sigue diciendo que debo dinero. Tengo a la mano los soportes de pago, asĂ que no entiendo quĂ© pasa. Espero su prontĂsima respuesta.

@natalia_1058 this is unfortunate.... go to you account, adobe.com. Top-right-hand-corner is your icon avatar. Click on that avatar. Click on 'Manage Account'
Click on Plans and Payments
And there you can cancel it.
Or at the bottom of the adobe.com, is a chat box that you can get the conversation going with a customer client
