Hola! Mi problema es que he comprado el plan de ESTUDIANTES y no me deja instalar ninguna aplicación, solo aparece la opción de comprarlas, cunado en teoría yo ya tengo el plan con las aplicaciones incluidas y aclaro que el dinero si se ha descontado de mi tarjeta

Jeffrey, el dinero se desconto de la cuenta y cuando compre el plan me aparecio un anuncio en verde donde decia que la compra se realizo con exito y que me iba a llegar un email pero nunca me llego y ya me fije en SPAM. Por favor, necesito ayuda!
