Se me cobro la suscripción sin siquiera autorizarla aparte no me deja cancelarla y me

urge porque esa app ni siquiera la tenía instalada desde hace un montón de tiempo y no la uso y me interesa cancelarla y recuperar mi dinero de la suscripción que no autorice, Gracias espero su respuestaa.!
