Verify academic status

I am renewing my subscription and I was asked to verify my academic status. I sent in a copy of my faculty appointment letter and recieved an email that I did not qualify. What now?

Yes, the institution is accredited and on the drop down list.

 

I was able to go thru the chat and communicate with someone and get the issue resolved.
