Verify phone number no longer in service

To log in to my Adobe account  I have the correct email address but it is requesting I verify via text number but I don't have access to that number anymore, in fact, I don't even have access to a phone that can receive text at all.

Is there a phone number or chat that I can request for some help?

Thanks

I solved the problem by calling into the Adobe support line. They were able to change the number, in my case a friend's phone, and from there I was able to turn off the two-step notification process.

Look a little lower. There is something you can click on for "alternative". I have two-factor identification and choose email when I'm not wearing my watch. Post a screen shot if you don't see it, but don't include personal info.
