Verschiedene Email adressen

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem.

 

Ich habe mich vor längerer Zeit mit meiner Emailadresse bei Adobe regestriert und ein Photoshop und Lightroom Abo abgeschlossen.

 

Später wollte ich noch Premiere Pro und habe auch dafür ein Abo abgeschlossen, habe mich jedoch zuvor nicht mit meiner Email Adresse, sondern mit Google angemeldet.

 

Die email Adressen sind eigentlich bis auf einen Punkt zwischen vor und Nachnamem identisch und gehören auch beide zum Selben Google Konto, EIGENTLICH.

 

Adobe sieht diese 2 Email Adressen als 2 unterschiedliche Konten an und ich muss jetzt je nachdem welche App ich nutzen will, das Konto wechseln, was ziemlich nervig ist.

Gibt es da eine Lösung ? Adobe selber kann man ja scheinbar nicht kontaktieren, zumindest finde ich keinen Email Kontakt oder ähnliches.

the solution is to cancel one and start that canceled subscription anew in the other, so both subscriptionss are in one account.

 

that might trigger an early cancellation penalty that adobe would not want to apply to you.  so  you should have adobe support help you with this manuever.  to do that contact adobe support.

 

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
