I just finished attempting to cancel my account and get a refund for no other reason than that fact that I can't afford it at this time. Of course I love the product but the Virtual Chat...well basically if there was any hope of "selling" me on cheaper plans....it was NOT going to happen during my virtual chat. It literaly took me 45 minutes...that is way to long for this type of interaction and it wasn't even 45 mins of selling but rather "dead air" and constant "typing" with nothing being said. And then it just ended abruptly. I am not fond of Virtual Chats and my experience with yours, really just solifies my reasons for not liking it.
