Want to Cancel a Subscription, But don't know which account it belongs to

About a month ago, I bought a subscription to only Premiere Pro. After about a month, I did not touch Premiere Pro and when I went to open up the application, it had said "my trial expired" and looked as if I had not purchased the subscription to it. Also, apparently my account up and disappeared. Unable to recover the account, I made a new one and bought another subscription. The problem is, I am still being billed my last subscription (to the Premiere Pro) and I don't know how to cancel it. I can't find the account it belongs to, I've tried using all the emails I currently have, and I've tried looking everywhere for support, but have found none.

The only hope I may have is contacting a real person from Abobe customer service and seeing if they can trace back the account through the card I am using to pay in order to cancel the subscription.

If anyone knows how to solve this other than that method (because I do not want to wait in a call for hours), I would much appreciate it because I do not want to be paying for an old subscription I do not use, (as well as cannot use).
