Want to cancel my subscription but I don't see the option to do it. My payment failed last month.
This link says:

"Don't see Cancel plan? The option isn't available if we're processing your payment or had a problem with it. Try again in 24 hours."
I've tried after 24 hours. Nothing. How can I cancel my subscription ASAP? This should be easy. The fact that it is not reflects poorly on Adobe.
