Hi, I've tried many ways (including the very unhelpful chatbot and AI) but can't find out when I can cancel my contract without incurring a fee.
I need to know when my contract end date is but where do I find that?
I'm paying monthly for an annual plan and if I cancel today I would need to pay £74-odd, but would lose access from January, which seems daft. I may as well pay during the cancellation period and then cancel. But I can't find out what the magic date is that I would need to cancel!

I managed to dig out the renewal email to find out the renewal date and as it's not until November I will just carry on paying until then and then cancel. It's annoying but can't be helped, especially as the price went up - I missed that email completely grrr! It's frustrating how my account is so unclear about how long I'm signed up for. Very poor service so I definitely won't be carrying on. Thanks for your help!

Check the date of when your Generative Credit amount renews - that is your montly billing cycle.
Get ready for the bad part:
You "signed" a contract for one year service- but are paying "by the month"- You are still going to pay to cancel- that was part of the contract you agreed to.
People never read the contract when signing up- Adobe's cancellation process has been well documented

Did you look in https://account.adobe.com/plans > Plans and Payment tab?
The annual plans (paid monthly or in a lump sum) are deeply discounted from the monthly plans that can be cancelled without a fee.

cancel just before your renewal date. set a reminder on your mobile.

Thank you for getting back to us. I've marked your answer "correct" since you've found the end date for your contract.
For all of my subscriptions I put it in my online calendar and set 3 or 4 reminders in the preceding weeks.
