I want to have my own Adobe account, but inavertently updated (and paid for) my daughter's Adobe account on this device, which she obtained through Grinnell College. Is there any way I can cancel that subscription and strat over on my own account?

you might be able to do that via adobe's website, (check https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/cancel-membership.html).

 

but you might inadvertently cancel your daughter's subscription so it would be safer to:

 

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html)

 

p.s. congrats to your daugher (and partial credit to her parents).

Thanks for the help, but that first link is a 404 Page Not Found. 

The other link asks me to contact Grinnell College's IT person, who is not responding. 

Is there really no way for you to cancel the charge I made today for a year of Creative Suite? Is there someone I can talk to? I plan on re-buying as soon as this mess gets sorted out.

HELP! While trying to buy my own subscription to Creative Cloud, I inadvertently did it while on my daughter's profile to her Adobe Enterprise account. How can I cancel that subscription, and then how can I be sure I've got my own account profile so I can re-subscribe? Please, I don't want to end up paying the cancellation fee.
