Like many many others I am trying to cancel a subscription with Adobe (plan : Adobe Pro DC, 140 DKK/month here in Denmark). Adobe charges me each month on my bank account. When I sign in on Adobe's website I get a message saying that I currently have no plan. I am aware that when you cancel a plan, you are still paying until the end of your subscription period. But I haven't cancelled anything yet, just trying (hard!). This is unheard of.
This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Adobe Community Professionals, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.
