I was paying monthly and last month switched to a yearly plan. On February 26th 2020 I purchased the yearly and received a $1.89 refund for the monthly subscription I had paid for previously. Now this month I was charged again for a monthly plan $52.99. In my account settings, only one plan is shown, the yearly one. How do I stop the recurring charges for my old monthly plan?
You'll have to talk to customer support. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

I viewed that page you linked prior to posting here. There is no way to contact adobe support that I can see on that page. All of the links point to tutorials or the community. Call me blind but i dont see a phone number or chat system on that page. I am in the US.
