I signed up for a free trial of the DC Pro.
Free for 7 days then a fee.
$14.95 a month later and after a few months of payment, zero value, I cancel and get charged a $29 early termination fee?!?! Talk about total BS!!!!
I'll be buying Adobe's competition from now on.

Hi Jamie,
As you have cancelled the subscription still got charged, you can request a refund. A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase.
For refund refer to: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html#cancel
To discuss this with our billing team, please get in touch over Chat/Phone support: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html
Thanks,
Akanchha

The early cancellation fee is not explained at all, its actaully quit hidden. Your fee went up to $109, I subscriped for a monthly plan, now my account says that my monthly plan is a yearly plan paid monthly. Your forcing people to pay a cancellation fee for a monthly plan. I click on learn more about Adobe pro and nothing shows up. The files doesn't even open. I searched your web site and it doesn't even say what there would be a cancelation fee or that the amount would be $109, this should be well explained and listed in your agreement up front. I can't find anything on it. Where is the detail? And if you pay the cancelation fee you only get access until the end of the month. What the does $109 pay for?

That's not true. It's part of the terms and conditions. This is the short of them:

You subscribed to an annual plan paid monthly. You can check the e-mail you got when taking the plan.

The early termination fee is half of the remaining due. It's explained in the terms and conditions that you agreed upon when taking the plan (without reading them). They were also sent to you by e-mail, after taking the plan.
When you cancel, you can use the plan up to the expiry of the current month because that is what you did pay for. The early termination fee is to indemnify Adobe for not respecting your annual contract. A company like Adobe buys cloud space, hires engineers and support people etc accordingly to the number of subscriptions they have. When you do not honour your commitment and when many people do not honour their commitment, Adobe cannot honour their commitment too.
If you do not want an annual subscription, take a monthly subscription. That can be cancelled anytime, but is pricier.
I understand that you are unhappy with the early termination fee, but it is what you agreed upon. And you had a chance to read the terms & conditions.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
