Can someone explain what exactly happens if your subscription gets suspended? Do you have to pay any fees or the rest of the remaining bill?

You've contracted to pay the rest of the year, but Adobe will give a 50% discount if you actually cancel. If you do not have funds your subscription is suspended (cannot run the software) but the contract doesn't go away. Indeed, Adobe would be within their rights to launch debt recovery processes, which could cost YOU hundreds of dollars extra.
Don't let it happen!

Hi,
It depends on what type of subscription you have (Annual or Monthly) and how much time you have left on your agreed-upon subscription term.
You can find that information here (e.g., "Annual plan, paid monthly"):
https://account.adobe.com/plans
Then, please see Adobe's Subscription and Cancellation Terms here for more details regarding cancellation or suspension for the plan you have:
