When Opening Adobe DC I get a blank sign in window

I cannot sign in and I have reisntalled and moved the prefernecs folder -- Any idea for a Windows 10 HP Desktop. It works fine on all my other computers. It has rendered the program uselessScreenshot 2020-12-09 12.51.23.png

I tried that. No luck.... I Uninstalled everything and reinstalled and DC PRO still does not work
