Hello,
I activated an Adobe annual plan on 07 November 2020.
Today the active plan disappeared, and it tells me that I have a free plan, what happened?
I went to the shop and they told me that the product is not refundable because it has been used

How did you Activate the subscription?
With a Code you bought from a website for a greatly reduced price?
If you did then what you bought was counterfeit.
So if you actually want to use Adobe software you will need to purchase a Real Subscription plan from Adobe Directly.

It was bought online at a discount like Cybermonday's, nothing so special

Nah. What exact plan did you buy and how much did you pay?
Adobe wants every company that is an Authorised reseller to sell as many subscription as they can.
What Adobe doesn't want is for Fly By Night Counterfeit websites to sell fake, counterfeit, subscription codes.

The vendor that you ordered from might have sold counterfeit licenses and software. You did not specify the exact Web site or vendor you purchased the subscription from.

Go back to the vendor where you purchased this alleged subscription. If they are legitimate, they'll make good on your purchase. If not, you'll never hear from them again. BTW, you'll need to report it to your credit card company, too.
Good luck!

Beware of fake Adobe reps who may contact you privately offering to sell you software or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away! Real Adobe staff will never reach out to you by Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo or Skype.

I went back to the seller, but I opened a dispute with the card, to make sure I get the money. We hope well
