I have paid subscription but in my account it says that "You have no items available". How can this even be possible. This is the second time this has happened to me and last time this happened i cancelled my subscription but had to buy it again for school. Last payment I have made July 28. I had student plan and many from my class has same problem. I tried to contact adobe but it seems to be impossible too. It asks to contact your administrator for help. Please reply and fix this.
