Why am I being asked to purchase Photoshop and Lightroom again?

I purchased Photoshop and Lightroom and paid for a year. Now I'm being asked to purchase it again. I bought it this year what is going on?

3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

Defaultpxrm, I am sorry but you purchase a plan through Apple to utilize Lightroom CC on your iOS devices only.  Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/manage-subscription-ios.html if you need to cancel your current plan through Apple.
