Why am I subscribed still when I cancelled all of mine?

Hi, I'm rather angry. I cancelled all my subscriptions but I've been randomly charged every month again. I went back into my account and it tells me that I now have signed on to Adobe stock??? I have never EVER asked to have a subscription for these ever. I'd like my money back please this is really unfair, please cancel my subscription, I'm not paying 100 and whatever it is to stop it because you've basically scammed me out of money in the first place. I cancelled all my subscriptions in the first place because I don't have the money for this, please stop and stop taking money from me for things I didn't ask for!!! If anyone knows a way I can contact a real life person it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
