I'm so tired of trying to ask questions or cancel membership and they send you to the auto bot that can't answer anything or you have to go through all these steps then you get to the end and it says it can't help you. So frustrating.  How can I talk to a real person for Adobe???

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
.
Also: beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

Default, as John said please make sure you are signed into the account associated with the membership you are trying to cancel.  There are no memberships associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

Once you are signed in to the proper account, and if you have an individual membership, then you can use the process listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html to cancel your membership.
