My subscription restarted itselt in February and only now I noticed that the price almost doubled? Why is that? I have been a customer for many years and no one has warned me about it. It doesn't feel fair.
Hi, which plan do you have? All Apps? For individuals or teams?
Are or were you a student, teacher or staff member at an education institution?
What country are you in – it sounds like perhaps the UK?
Have you tried asking your question to Adobe Customer Care directly? They could tell you what happened:
