Why does adobe make it impossible to write or mail them?

They make it impossible to have a written and documented conversation with them. Why is there no contact info anywhere!?

This company reserved 0,00 on my creditcard and I want to know why. I already called an number and you guys said that my cc isnt recognized in your systems based on the first 4 and last 2 numbers of the creditcard. Soo whats happening?

The only folks who have the ability to fix plan billing or account payment issues is Adobe Customer Care themselves. Adobe does not do email support, but you should be able to reach them via live online chat:
