Why does it say I have no subscriptions on my account

Please help! I am trying to log into my creative cloud account and access Photoshop on my new laptop but it says I have no subscriptions although I have access to it on my old laptop and I get charged every month for a subscription. I only use the one account so I know its not that I'm using the wrong one. I have been trying to sort this out for a few weeks now but have had no luck and its driving me mad!
