Why is Adobe secure with charging two cards for one account?

I just spent time on the most frusturating customer service hotline I have ever been stuck on. I called to discuss why my account was being charged on both my personal debit card as well as my company's credit card. Not only did they have no answers for me, they refused a refund of either card. I am owed a total of $416 but they only agreed to refund me $169 of it. I don't understand how you can ethically tell me that it is ok to charge two cards for one account. It also terrifies me to pay for a service that makes it extremely difficult to cancel. Makes me feel that this company is extremely unethical.

Please, if someone has any advice on what department to contact or what process to go through, I would be grateful for anything.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe
