since i try to cancel my subscriptions since a few months, no response from any email, i even send a cancel via letter, no cancel option in the ui, no info whats going on but grabbing money all the time....
i never used any product (just started photoshop for 5 minutes to see that its not what i need) now i just forbid adobe to grab money.
seems like this is the only way to cancel a subscription. sad story.
so if you think to get into a subscribtion plan: be 100% sure you need it, and keep in mind that you cant really cancel it via a normal way.
