since i try to cancel my subscriptions since a few months, no response from any email, i even send a cancel via letter, no cancel option in the ui, no info whats going on but grabbing money all the time....

i never used any product (just started photoshop for 5 minutes to see that its not what i need) now i just forbid adobe to grab money.

seems like this is the only way to cancel a subscription. sad story.

so if you think to get into a subscribtion plan: be 100% sure you need it, and keep in mind that you cant really cancel it via a normal way.

adobe, you good good products, you dont need to act like that.

Adobe don't offer support by email, so I've no idea where you sent the request! Similarly they don't offer support by letter. You can use a phone call or online chat (see other reply).

Posting stuff in the forum ALSO does not reach Adobe, just other customers.
