I need urgent help. Last friday i bought cloud with all apps included with my dads debit card....but it says i am still in my old high school which i am not anymore and that they have to approve programs but i dont undertsand why? When i open my cloud it just says buy on Indesign etc. Evenm though i already bought it. Does my old school have to approve it or will i just throw my money away any help will be appriacated.

Thanks for reaching out. I checked and found that you have an active subscription for Creative Cloud all apps. Have you tried signing out and signing back in with the same email ID you used to post in the community?
