Why is the cloud not working

Hello everyone!

I need urgent help. Last friday i bought cloud with all apps included with my dads debit card....but it says i am still in my old high school which i am not anymore and that they have to approve programs but i dont undertsand why? When i open my cloud it just says buy on Indesign etc. Evenm though i already bought it. Does my old school have to approve it or will i just throw my money away any help will be appriacated.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com and verify everything is what you expect.

 

then sign out and then back in to the cc desktop app using the same adobe id/password used to check yoru account, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.html
