As requested, here are the exact dates and amounts of the price changes for my Creative Cloud All Apps annual plan:
November 23, 2022 ā Renewal charged at US$ 359.88/year
November 23, 2023 ā Renewal charged at US$ 359.88/year
November 23, 2024 ā Renewal charged at US$ 659.88/year
Upcoming renewal on November 23, 2025 , Displayed in my account as US$ 779.88/year (not yet charged).
These increases on 2024 and the upcoming 2025 were never communicated to me, and I did not agree to any plan or pricing changes

about 1 month before plan renewals adobe emails renewal reminders with the anticipated cost. for some recipients this goes to their spam folder.
in addition, annual price increases are posted by adobe on the adobe site.

my situation is different, and I would like to clarify it:
My subscription was originally purchased during a Black Friday promotional period, at a reduced annual price of US$ 359.88.
Logically and contractually, promotional pricing should renew at the same date and under the same promotional terms, unless Adobe clearly notifies the customer that the promotional renewal will change.
My renewals in 2022 and 2023 were correctly charged during the Black Friday period at the same discounted price.
That confirms the fact that my subscription was tied to the Black Friday renewal terms.
I never received any notification (not even in spam) informing me that my promotional pricing would be removed or that the renewal date and amount would be changed.
Because of this, the jump from US$ 359.88 ā US$ 659.88 ā US$ 779.88 was unexpected and not something I agreed to.
Given this situation, I kindly request your to Restore my plan to the original Black Friday pricing, i Need a HELP plz

I purchased the Creative Cloud All Apps Pro (100GB) plan during Black Friday 2022, and my invoices for 2022 and 2023 were both US$359.88. In 2024, the renewal unexpectedly increased to US$659.88, and my account now shows US$779.88 for the next renewal , but I never received any price-increase notification, and I did not change or upgrade my plan.
According to the links provided, these increases apply when switching to the Pro plan, but I already had the Pro plan from the beginning, so the explanation does not match my case. My Adobe account name is Lassaad_Essafi9589, but when I sign in online Adobe automatically logs me into my secondary Gmail address, which may be causing confusion in my account records.
Could someone please clarify why my Pro plan increased from 359.88 ā 659.88 ā 779.88 with no notice, and confirm whether the original Black Friday price (or current Black Friday price) can be restored??

redemption codes only apply to current plans if the redemption code plan exactly matches the current plan. otherwise, the redemption plan and current plan run concurrently, not consecutively.

The Black Friday plan offer is only valid for the first year and after that it renews to the normal price. I would suggest you to get in touch with our support team to know about the price change.
