I was looking at my current sessions and cleaning out some unknown sessions. I can't end my current session, which isn't even my current sesssion- I don't work for Axios, nor do I live in Ireland. I live in a whole other continent, and I don't even use my adobe cloud for business. How'd they get access to my account? How can I kick them out? I really want to know why a large healthcare company is using my Adobe Cloud. Super weird.

alright well I just cleared the tab, checked a family member's account to see if they had a similar issue, then logged back into mine and the Axios current session is gone. Weird. Now the current session is matching my device.

Just because the Axios session issue is gone does NOT mean this issue is solved. Really hoping for an answer as to why Axios the healthcare company was logged in to my account from another continent!

But I am in no way related to Axios, so why did Axios appear as my current session?

Hi there,
This looks strange. We second with the suggestions shared by @kglad. In a scenario like this, it would be best to end all sessions and then sign back in.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Shivangi

Thank you for the speedy response Jeff! I did that, waited 3 minutes, and then refreshed the page, and it still shows someone in Ireland in a current session.

Ok, please don't wait to change your password and create a new secure chat session, Default. You can change the password yourself to help restrict access. ^JW

I'm saying I did change my password. Then after that, I waited 3 minutes before refreshing the page that shows who's in a session....and it still showed someone in Ireland in a current session. Greyed out and able to End Session.

Thank you kglad. I didn't end up needing to use the Adobe chat. For those who may come across this issue, what worked in the end for me was to apply 2-factor authentification to my log in. After I did that, it was fairly immediate that I noticed the Ireland login was gone. Problem solved!
It's also important to note that if you create a new password, check the box that says End all sessions (or something like that. I can't recall.) While this isn't the thing that corrected the issue for me, it wasn't mentioned above, and it's surely worth pointing out.

This just happened for me today, I checked and the device was unknown but it was also located in Dublin, Ireland... I'm not sure how this is happening, but I got rid of it by changing my login info, signing out in the browser, and signing back in. How on earth is it happening to us and why always Dublin, Ireland 😂

I'm not sure about that, the device said unknown but the location was also Dublin, Ireland. I live in the US haha.

That just also happened to me. I noticed countless pages of download in Adobe Stocks of files that I've never seen before and I couldn't end the session of that 'axos' account from Dublin. I've never even stepped on Europe before! After changing my password, putting 2FA and relogging in my account it resolved. Strange.
