My account have such problen that I can´t fix it. So help/support case it is, first try to click avoiding pointless bots to actual humanbeing with some chat. After 10min silence or so, he desidect to close chat box, splendit. Ticket remains open, so I get emails every day to contact using email or every second day to call. Every single day I respond to email, but there is just computer on other end. Today this computer decided to close my ticket without any respond to original problem. So you are getting quick fix to too many customer symptoms?

Most likely should make poll to video forum, how bad support experiences really are, I´m feeling like 7 day joke.

I never had a problem getting someone answering my questions. Type Agent when you get the chatbot. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.
