Widerruf meines Vertrags

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

hiermit möchte ich meine Situation im Zusammenhang mit der Kündigung meines Adobe-Abonnements schildern:

Ich habe mein Abonnement am 5.6.2025 abgeschlossen. Am 19.6.2025 habe ich – und damit fristgerecht innerhalb der gesetzlichen 14-tägigen Widerrufsfrist – meinen Widerruf erklärt.
Dabei habe ich die Fristberechnung gemäß § 355 BGB und § 187 BGB beachtet:

  • Der Tag des Vertragsschlusses (5.6.2025) zählt nicht mit,

  • die Frist beginnt am 6.6.2025

  • und endet am 19.6.2025 um 24:00 Uhr.

Mein Widerruf erfolgte somit rechtzeitig und entspricht den gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
Nach § 355 Abs. 1 Satz 5 BGB genügt für die Fristwahrung die rechtzeitige Absendung des Widerrufs.

Trotz meines fristgerechten Widerrufs wurde mir die Abonnementgebühr in Rechnung gestellt.
Ich bitte Sie daher, mir den abgebuchten Betrag umgehend zu erstatten und die Kündigung meines Vertrags zu bestätigen.
