Will adobe be a one time payment soon? I want to use illustrator but the monthly prices are to expensive. I think you guys should do what affinity offers and have a one payment option for us users that are very low on financing.

If you mean a one time payment and never pay again the answer is no for any of the programs now in a Cloud subscription

If you can't afford it, you're probably not ready for professional software yet.  Try Inkscape, it's free.
