Hi,
I have just bought the Substance 3D Texturing monthly plan for 20$/month and then realized that I can't download 3D models from Adobe 3D Assets Library with this plan which is only available with the Substance 3D Collection plan. My question is will I be double-charged if I now buy the Substance 3D Collection plan whch is twice as expensive - 40$/month?

You'll need to cancel your current plan before you can order a new one. And there is 50% early termination fee. But it might be worth it to you if you have only a few months remaining on your current 12 month plan. Or if you ask nicely, the Agent might waive the termination fee for you. 😇

I have a monthly subscrption (not annual) - I spoke aith Adobe Helpdesk agent yesterday and he told me that if I buy 3D Collection subscription today the difference between Substance 3D Texturing and Sustance 3D Colletion will be refunded back to me. Not sure if it's really the way it's going to hapen though. SO I decided to stay on 3D Texturing Plan for now and decide after a month whether I want to upgrade to 3D Collection or not.
