Won't let me cancel plan

Hi, a week and a half ago I wanted to try the free trial for Premiere Pro. I couldn't install the app in my computer (it stucked on 4% when installing) so I totally forgot about canceling the plan. It's charging me for something I didn't use and could not use, so I can't even cancel the plan. I have no funds in my PayPal so it's telling me to change the payment method. What can I do? (I inserted a photo so you can see that I even didn't install the app)Screen Shot 2020-04-19 at 3.30.05 PM.png

It doesn't matter if you installed or not. You enrolled in a plan which you need to cancel.

Please log-in to your account below.  The option to cancel is not available until you update your payment details.

If you still need help, scroll down to Support on the same page and click on Contact Adobe.
