I signed up for a seven day trial and was told I could cancel after the trial and get a refund if it was still in the first two weeks of purchasing. My account has charged me for a month and still shows me as a "free profile". How can I cancel and get a refund??

I have a problem now not cancelling my trial subscription on time because Adobe account is not available and working?
You have to contact Customer Support. There's nothing we can do here to diagnose why Adobe says your account isn't available.
If you think you already cancelled the trial subscription, check your email for the confirmation from Adobe. Be sure to check your spam folder also, just in case your provider's spam filters are feeling hypersensitive.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support by using a browser that allows popups and cookies by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human inform the agent that you want to cancel.
I've been trying to cancel a subscription for months and keep getting the same error message when I try to cancel the plan. Customer service chat wont cancel it for me either. Unnaceptable from a company like adobe. Very dissapointed and not sure how I can get this resolved
