I am in BC, Canada. I received an auto renewal invoice for Adobe Acrobat Pro that has my name but an address in Ontario, Canada. Not my address and this is not an address in my profile. The address on the invoice is in Ontario, so I was charged HST (tax) instead of GST, which should have been charged as I live in BC. So I have been overcharged.

I don't think you need to ask for an activation count reset, that's for older software. But you do need to contact Adobe to sort this out. WARNING: Adobe WILL NOT CONTACT YOU. If someone does send a private message saying they will sort it out, they are a fake - and just want your personal details, so they can rob you...

Issue has been resolved by cancelling the account and setting up a new account. I was immediately fully-refunded. Happy with the responsiveness.
