Wrong Billing information

Hi, I am currently trying to purchase the yearly adobe creative cloud plan with the student discount since I will be going into a graphic design program in the fall. However, every time I get to the final step, a message pops up that says something along the lines of "incorrect billing information" telling me to double check that my information is correct. Well I have double checked about ten times now and I am 100% certain that everything is correct but the message continues to come up. I also know for a fact that I have enough funds in my account to make the purchase so why is this happening? Please get back to me as soon as possible.
