Today I decided to renew my expired Lightroom Mobile subscription in Google Play. Nothing happened after the payment was made and funds were debited from the account. There are no paid subscriptions in the Adobe account, and I can't restore purchases in the app itself, because the message "log in to your existing Google account" appears, despite the fact that the account is the same as it was before. when I try to purchase something on the adobe website, I am thrown to a page where it says that I am in a region where the product is unavailable for purchase (BY), although I am in another country and have no idea why the system decided that. When I try to go to the "try premium features" tab in the application, the application freezes forever on the loading animation.

I sincerely do not understand why there is no information in my account about previous payments that I have been paying for the last few years and what problems have started with an unknown region. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment
